I'm Unremarkable *sigh*
Well, Georgie over at Confessions of... went and tagged me for the 6 Unspectacular Things About Me meme. I am not a good award and chain letter person. The buck usually stops here. But since this is my very first meme, I thought I would do my best to fulfill the requirements. I've been pretty much unspectacular and unremarkable all my life, so this shouldn't take long.
- I've worn glasses since 3rd grade. And I've had bifocals since I was 35. Never tried contacts and probably never will.
- I don't drink coffee. Never have, never will. But I have a cup of tea with honey and lemon every morning. And I LOVE chai tea....
- I have pierced ears, but I haven't worn earrings for 10 years. My holes would always get infected, no matter what kind of earring I wore. So I gave up. And my earlobes STILL get infected.
- I learned to drive on a stick shift. And I can still drive Hubby's truck. Don't like to, but I can.
- I love my Ipod. It's filled with 1000 songs that I grew up with. I rarely listen to the radio and don't even know what new groups or music is out there. Give me my Eagles, and Styx and Kansas....
- I used to grind my teeth so hard at night that I made them all loose. Now I wear a night guard and my teeth aren't wiggly any more.
- Lynne at It's My Imagination. Because we seem to have a lot in common and I want to know more : )
- Jill at Tips from Home. Because we also seem to have a lot in common.
- Debbie at the Southern Mom. She also has a daughter in college. With red hair. Go figure.
- Melody at Wobbling Between Two Worlds. Just because her blog makes me happy. And she has the cutest tiny puppy.
- Jan at Jan's Sushi Bar. We live near enough to each other to possibly meet someday. If I don't scare her off first.
- Daisy at Compost Happens. I just like her blog. And the name is great!
Here are the rules, if you choose to follow them : )
1. Link the person who tagged you
2. Mention the rules on your blog
3. Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours
4. Tag 6 following bloggers by linking them & leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they have been tagged.
Now you know more about me....more than you ever thought you needed to know. Ain't the internet great???

Hey thanks a lot!!:-) I will do this later. I have to go pick up a grandson and spend some time with him today. It is raining so maybe we will not have to go very far away from the computer.

Oh no, You're giving me work to do
Thank you ladies : ) I guess I am more spectacular than I thought.
You are VERY spectacular and don't worry about scaring me off - I worry about the opposite!
And THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the instant post; I needed it!!
Um, that last comment? Supposed to be me.
It's been that kinda day. Heck, it's been that kinda life.
Sounds like fun! My life has been rather eventful lately; unspectacular will be good. I'll let you know when it's up.
Thanks for the tag! I'm so unremarkable, it may take me a little bit to think of things for my list!
I love my iPod too, although, I usually have to have my daughter load my music for me.
I didn't learn to drive on a stick, but the first car I ever bought was a stick (by choice) and I've owned one ever since. I love driving a stick!
