Wednesday's To-Do List, eventually
Yesterday I got a lot done, but not everything on my list. I kind of knew there was too much there, so it was okay. I did tell Leia I would pay her to clean the house : ) She did about half of it, half as well as my SIL, so I told her I'd pay her half. Works for me.
Monday night we did not see very many shooting stars, maybe a handful, so we went out again last night. And we saw about a dozen in 45 minutes. It was awesome. Hubby said that if you waited until the moon set, around 2am, you could see one a minute. Ha. I am not a night owl, so what I saw before midnight is good for me. Oh, I forgot to mention that it was just Leia and I outside last night. And we would have stayed out longer, but we started hearing noises from the field behind us. It was a good excuse to go running into the house. Yes, I am a big chicken.

Shooting stars are so beautiful. Although we do see stars here, they're not as bright as I've seen out in the desert where there are no bright city lights. We have a major observatory nearby in the mountains, so they keep the streetlights low, but it's still too bright to see all the constellations.
Thanks for the link on the signature! I've always wondered how people did that and have just never found the site. I did mine, and will start using it, so thanks! I'll send a link when I put it up.

Yay for Blogger picking up the strikethrough! I'm going to try to start using the signature for my posts. It will be an extra step with a wordpress hosted blog, but I'll give it a try!
